Baby it’s cold outside

And it was -1°C at 6.30am
And it was -1°C at 6.30am

Can’t believe it’s suddenly got so cold in London when only a couple of weeks ago I was sun-bathing on our balcony.  At least it’s not snowing, nor is it foggy.
When I was young – before the Clean Air Act of 1956 – we regularly had ‘pea-soupers’. These were fogs so thick you could hardly see your hand in front of you. Coming back from Josh’s parents one Sunday afternoon the fog suddenly thickened and we found ourselves in someone’s front garden. We couldn’t stay there, so Josh reversed very, very carefully and drove home at a snail’s pace.
